Formed in 2006 as a full service telecom contracting company, RAD Communications is a minority-owned, WBENC, employee-based operation. As a qualified contractor of preference, RAD has been working with Cablevision in New Jersey since their inception, performing a variety of tasks. Some of those tasks include:

Our management team has been together since 2005 and has a combination of over 100 years of experience in the cable industry which has allowed us to work together for innovative ideas to achieve our goal of customer related success. Our Field Supervisor team has been within our organization since 2007. All RAD technicians are experienced and professional. Additionally, all have passed full background, drug and motor vehicle screenings.

At RAD, each employee takes pride in their performance and is driven to be as successful as possible using work quality and customer satisfaction as our top motivators. This has created a record of overachieving, not only in those specific areas, but across the board.
